I had the pleasure of being hired to provide the DSLR Photo Booth for Ashley’s 30th birthday party. We supplied the booth, prints, an audio guest book, and added a few still images of the surprise and few video images of the happenings to enhance the overall experience. It was a family affair, with everyone pitching in to help set up and beautify the venue. Guests arrived at 6:00 PM, with Ashley scheduled to arrive 30 minutes later. The birthday girl had no idea about the surprise, and her reactions were priceless when she walked in. Check out her expressions in this video snippet.

Ashley’s real birthday is on the Fourth of July. Her cousins, girlfriend, aunts, and uncles all came from New York for the party, which had been planned since before March. Her friends, Brittany and Christina, helped with the surprise. Ashley thought she was going to Christina’s family gathering.

On the morning of the party, she called her mother to have breakfast, run to CVS, go for a walk, etc. Meanwhile, her mom had a house full of family and was trying to pack party favors and get everything set up. She had to go with Ashley because Ashley knows that her mom rarely says no to her. What was even funnier was when Ashley was told the party theme was “BOHO,” she asked her mom if she could help her find an outfit. So, her mom ended up helping her pick out her own birthday dress!

Her mom was super grateful to everyone who helped. Her comment, “The photo booth was a hit, money well spent!”

Happy 30th Birthday, Ashley! Mom, family, and friends did an amazing job making this milestone birthday a huge moment.
