Graduation, Horses, Barrel Racing, Oh my!

This photo session has to be one of my favorites. I had the pleasure of taking this beautiful and talented young lady’s casual senior photos.  The skills she has is not for the faint of heart, she rodeos, barrel races, ropes and goat ties. Traveling the rodeo circuit is a tough job. Through her hard work and dedication, she has earned a full college scholarship for the fall. 

When booking this session, I was so very excited to have the opportunity to take pictures of not only this beautiful young lady but all 5 of her horses. We stood in the open fields and she just interacted with her horse while they ate and and roamed around. The day was simply beautiful, as the sunset set on the horizon, she walked them back to the trailer to put  them into their stalls. It was a perfect day being able to showcase this incredible young woman’s life. I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
